Chhuong Tauch

Tauch Chhuong តូច ឈួង is a Cambodian writer who worked in the 1990s at the Department of Publications, Reading and Documentation [‘Direction des publications, de la lecture et de la documentation’], Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, Phnom Penh.
