Phon Kaseka ផុន កសិកា is a Cambodian archaeologist who had conducted excavations in Cambodia since 1999, and the Director of the Institute of Humanities at the Royal University of Cambodia.

His unpublished MA Thesis (Phnom Penh, 2002) considered the Ancient Kiln Site at Cheung Ek. He has been actively involved in archeological research on Angkorean sites, taking part in the Industries of Angkor Project (INDAP). He specialized in pre-Angkorean sites south of Phnom Penh.
