Measbandol Poum
Poum Measbandol “Bandol” (1988, Phnom Penh — 21 Dec. 2023, Siem Reap, Cambodia) was a Cambodian architect, artist and architecture illustrator who collected period photographs and documents related to the history of his country, with an accent on architecture.
During his too short life, Bandol was passionate about researching photographic archive, and putting architectural landmarks into historic perspective. He graciously contributed to several Angkor Database research projects.
His death in a traffic accident in December 2023 was a loss for all Cambodian culture lovers. Bandol’s profile on Popular .com (in Khmer).
